Join Team [INSERT NAME] in Step It Up! 

Hi everyone! I'm writing to invite you to join team [INSERT NAME] in a free nationwide step challenge Step It Up!, running from July 1st through August 31st. 

Step It Up!  is organized by True North Treks, a national young adult cancer support nonprofit. Participants track their steps using a free step tracking app, compete for prizes, participate in team challenges, and help build a healthier, more connected community - all at no cost.

There is no registration fee, fundraising requirement, or minimum step goal. The more you participate, the more chances you have to win prizes through logging your steps, referring others, and optional fundraising opportunities.
